Skills that I posses

  As a graduate of BSc agriculture, I have learned many technical skills and soft skills. These skills will help me to build a strong foundation and help me handle challenges. Communication : communication is not just about talking, it is about connecting with people, sharing ideas in a better manner and listening carefully. During RAWEP in my graduation I often had to engage with different group of farmers. At that time, I have improved a lot, and I learned how to communicate with them.  2024 has been a year of transformation, challenges, and valuable lessons. As an agriculture student, I embarked on a new chapter this year, taking my first steps into the professional world, but it was not just about my job. I also started my PGDM, met new friends, faced challenges, and learned more about myself than I ever expected.  One of the most significant changes this year was enrolling in my Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). I decided to pursue this course to expand my knowledge and enhance my career growth.  In addition to academic growth, one of the most rewarding aspects of starting my PGDM has been meeting new people. I have met classmates from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their own perspectives and experiences. Why I choose ABM as Major.

Agriculture is more than just an occupation; it is the backbone of our economy and way of life for millions of people in our country. Moreover, I was born and brought up in an agricultural family. In childhood I used to go to the farm with my parents .Those early mornings spent in the fields, helping with sowing, watering, and harvesting, has created most beautiful memories for me.  When it came to choosing my career, agriculture felt like the most natural path. That’s why I pursued B.Sc.  in agriculture where I learned about the science behind farming and strengthened this connection, providing with me with a solid foundation in agriculture practices.
